Of course not every customer wants to take out a maintenance contract and for these customers we provide a workshop facility that can program, carry out a full service and of course repair any defects. Contact us to discuss your issues or simply send your equipment to us. We do not carry out any repairs until the job is coasted and authorized, on completion each unit is fully tested, aligned and programmed and is returned with a 3 month guarantee.
We carry a comprehensive stock of spares, but if for any reason there is a delay in returning you unit we have a large hire stock which can be used to keep your communication intact. Of course you can always arrange for hired units to replace you own units while they are being serviced.
